1. How do I know my bet is placed/accepted
You will receive an sms on both instances of betting, be it sportsbetting or lotto from us (PremierBet) to confirm that your bet has been placed.
2. The money has gone off my mobile money account but I received no notification of my bet being accepted or placed

In the event you do not receive an SMS from us to confirm your bet being accepted or placed you are welcome to check with our call center on: xxxxxxxxxxxx to confirm that the bet/funds have been received.

3. The funds have been taken from my mobile money account but the bet was not received. What do I do now?

In the event our support team cannot confirm the bet and the funds have not been received, you would have to contact your Mobile money service provider to reverse the funds.

4. I placed my bet but the format was incorrect and the funds have not been received, what do I do now?

In the event you placed a bet but the format was incorrect and the funds have been deducted from your mobile money account, the bet would be rejected and the funds returned within 24hrs.

5. My bet has been rejected and it has now been more than 24hrs since the funds were meant to be refunded, what do I do now?

7. I placed my bet for a value lower than the minimum bet required, what will happen now?

The bet would not be accepted and your funds would be returned to your mobile money account.

8. I placed my bet for lotto with less than 5 numbers and/ less than or more than the minimum and maximum stake value and/ incorrect format of numbers or no selection at all in the reference field, what will happen now?

The bet would not be accepted and your funds would be returned to your mobile money account.  Our current minimum bet for lotto is 10Bob – 200 maximum.
